\nArticle 13 of European Regulation 679\/2016<\/strong>
\nWith the entry into force of the aforementioned Regulation, OMET S.r.l., as \u201cdata controller\u201d is required to provide some information regarding the use of personal data.<\/p>\n

 
\nSource of data and purpose of processing<\/strong>
\nPersonal data are provided directly by the data subject at the time of filling in the “form” duly designed to finalise the subscription to our commercial and technical information newsletter service. The data provided will be used for the aforementioned purposes only<\/strong> (information service via e-mail).<\/p>\n

The information service foresees a specific function to stop any subsequent sending of the newsletter, with full registration of the activity.<\/p>\n

The aforementioned data may be processed by third parties (specialised companies in Italy or abroad) for support activities to the purposes set out above. Such parties have signed a specific agreement in compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned Regulation.<\/p>\n

 
\nMethods of data processing and consent<\/strong>
\nData will be entered in the “address database” and will be processed using appropriate tools to ensure security and confidentiality and can be carried out not only with manual tools but also through automated tools (both IT and telematic) aimed at storing, managing and transmitting data.<\/p>\n

By filling in the registration form (including the boxes to be highlighted), you express your consent to the processing, as it is crucial to the provision of the service.<\/p>\n
